Regular Lagoon Friendly Law Care Services
In order to help you maintain healthy turf, your lawn care specialist may recommend monthly or bimonthly services to treat for pests, fungus, and weeds, as well as to ensure your lawn is always well fertilized, properly watered, and mowed to promote healthy growth. We’ll count on you to provide the watering and mowing based on our recommendations, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Our comprehensive lawn and shrub care program includes monthly or bimonthly visits to your property to:
- Inspect and treat turf destroying pests such as army worms, chinch bugs, sod web worms, billbugs, mole crickets, and grubs, as necessary
- Schedule applications of premium quality fertilizers that are custom blended for warm season turf
- Treat and control turf disease and fungus, as necessary
- Apply post emergent herbicides for broadleaf weed control, as necessary
- Recommend turf care tips for proper mowing and watering
These tips include The University of Florida’s recommendations that your lawn be mowed to about 3-4 inches and given 1 inch of water per week. Always use sharpened mower blades and regularly inspect your watering and irrigation systems to ensure they are working properly and fully covering your lawn. It’s important not to overwater your turf, especially during the rainy season, and keep an eye out for any issues. If you notice anything, report them to our experts as soon as possible so we can follow up with your turf between your scheduled visits.
